Charming Studio near Le Marais and Bastille

At just 10 minutes' walk from Place de la Bastille and Le Marais, one of Paris' trendiest and most historic neighborhoods, you will be staying in a charming 30m² studio located on the 4th floor without an elevator. Ideal for 2 people, this studio consists of a living room with a convertible sofa, easily adaptable, a lounge area, an equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment is located in a beautiful, quiet, and green place.

For your stay, we provide towels, shampoo, and shower gel.

Access to the studio is easy and secure, with two access codes required to enter the building. The apartment is in a building that opens onto a bright inner courtyard, not directly on the street, ensuring peace and quiet.

For an optimal stay, we will welcome you on-site starting from 3 PM to introduce you to the space and make sure you have everything you need!
Your departure must be done at the latest at 11am.
During your stay in the apartment, we are reachable and available.

The neighborhood

Thanks to the apartment's ideal location, you can enjoy a variety of shops less than 100m from the accommodation: bakeries, grocery stores, and a supermarket (Franprix).
Located on a quiet street but close to everything Paris has to offer, you are just steps away from many restaurants, cafés, artisan bakeries, and local shops. The Rue de Charonne, just 1 minute away on foot, is one of the most commercial streets in Paris with its many restaurants, food shops, and young designer brands.
You will also be next to popular places such as Place des Vosges, the Picasso Museum, and many places of the Parisian nightlife.

Transport

The apartment is ideally located for getting around Paris. Just a 5-minute walk away, you'll find the Charonne and Faidherbe-Chaligny metro stations, served by lines 9 and 8. Lines 1 and 5 are accessible within 5 minutes from Bastille, offering a quick connection to the city's main attractions. Gare de Lyon is only a 15-minute walk away (1.2 km).

Other things to note

Check-in is between 3pm and 8pm, and check-out before 11am. To facilitate your departure, the keys must be deposited in a partner relay, whose address will be communicated to you.

If you plan to arrive after 8pm, we offer you the possibility of a late check-in on your own. In this case, the keys will be made available to you at a partner relay open 24/7, for a small fee of €10. This option is offered for greater flexibility, although it is subject to additional charges.
