The space

This elegant 51 m² apartment is located on the top floor of a Parisian building with elevator (up to the 6th floor, the top floor can be reached on foot). It can accommodate up to 4 people, thanks to a bedroom with queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom, and a living room with sofa bed. The accommodation's main asset is its large terrace, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals: hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine. You'll also find a TV, workspace and Wi-Fi connection for a comfortable, connected stay.

Guest access

The apartment is on the 7th and top floor of a secure building with elevator to the 6th floor, then a staircase leads to the entrance.

Guest interaction

We will welcome you in person from 3pm to hand over the keys and show you around the accommodation. During your stay, our team is available to answer any questions you may have. You can check out on your own before 11 a.m.: all you have to do is drop off the keys at one of our partner relays, whose address will be given to you.

The neighborhood

The 16th arrondissement is one of the most elegant in Paris, renowned for its wide avenues, Haussmann architecture and refined residential atmosphere. Just a few minutes from the apartment, explore the Bois de Boulogne, the capital's green lung, ideal for a stroll, a picnic or a boat trip to Lac Inférieur.

Culture lovers will appreciate the proximity of the Fondation Louis Vuitton, with its world-renowned contemporary art exhibitions, and the Musée Marmottan Monet, a must-see for Impressionist enthusiasts. If you're an architecture buff, a visit to the Maison de la Radio et de la Musique is a must.

The district also abounds in Parisian cafés, artisanal bakeries and local markets where you can sample French specialties. A chic, peaceful atmosphere, yet well connected to the capital's major tourist attractions.

And for sports and events fans, you're within easy reach of the Parc des Princes, Stade Jean Bouin, Trinquet Village, the Seine, Roland-Garros and the Auteuil-Longchamp racecourse.

Transport

The apartment is well served by public transport. The Porte de Saint-Cloud metro station (line 9) is just a few minutes' walk away, providing direct access to lively districts such as the Champs-Élysées and the Eiffel Tower. Several bus lines also serve the area, making it easy to get around the capital.

Other things to note

We welcome you in person between 3pm and 8pm. Check-out is on your own and must be completed by 11am. To simplify your departure, the keys must be deposited in a partner relay, the address of which will be provided to you.

If you plan to arrive after 8pm, we offer you the possibility of a late check-in on your own. In this case, the keys will be made available to you at a partner relay open 24/7, for a small fee of €10.
