Spacious apartment near Bastille & le Marais

The space

This 74 m² apartment, located on the 3rd floor of an old Parisian building, benefits from plenty of natural light and a spacious, functional layout. It has two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 cm), the other with a comfortable sofa bed. The living room also features a single bed, ideal for an extra guest. The bathroom is separate from the toilet for added convenience. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer and coffee machine, ideal for preparing meals at home. A high-speed Wi-Fi connection is also available for your business or personal needs.

The sofa bed is not visible in the pictures, as we are sill waiting for its delivery which should be imminent. Pictures will be updated then so you can see the full set up.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building without elevator and is accessible only by stairs. Access to the building is secured by a Vigik system. Once your reservation has been confirmed, we'll provide you with all the details you need for easy access to the apartment.

Guest interaction

We'll be delighted to welcome you in person between 3pm and 8pm to show you around the apartment, answer any questions you may have and hand over the keys. You can then check out on your own, leaving the keys in the apartment when you leave. Of course, we remain available throughout your stay for any requests or further information you may require.

The neighborhood

The neighborhood is lively and young, with many cafés, restaurants and shops nearby. Just a stone's throw from the Place de la Bastille, you can enjoy stunning views and explore iconic landmarks such as the Place des Vosges or the Marais. The area is packed with bars and boutiques, and it's easy to stroll through the picturesque alleyways and soak up the Parisian atmosphere.

Transport

The apartment is ideally located, with the Chemin Vert metro station (line 8) less than 50 meters away, and the Bastille station (lines 1, 5 and 8) 300 meters away. This gives you quick access to Paris' main attractions, including the Champs-Élysées, the Louvre and the historic Marais district.

Other things to note

We'll be happy to welcome you in person between 3pm and 8pm to hand over the keys and answer any questions you may have. If you arrive after 8pm, we offer a late check-in option. The keys will be available in a partner relay, and a small contribution of 10€ will cover the costs of this organization.
Check-out is easy and autonomous, and takes place before 11am. To facilitate your departure, simply leave the keys in the apartment. We'll be happy to answer any questions you may have during your stay.
