The space

This 75 m² house offers comfortable, functional space for up to 4 people. It comprises three bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed and two others with a single bed each. The spacious living room invites you to relax, while the fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave) allows you to prepare delicious meals. A bathroom with shower and separate toilet complete the space.

The highlight of the house is its exterior: a private garden with terrace and barbecue, perfect for enjoying fine weather and sharing meals al fresco.

Guest access

The house is accessed via a quiet cul-de-sac. Private parking is available in the courtyard, allowing you to park your vehicle in complete safety.

Guest interaction

We will welcome you in person at check-in from 3pm to ensure you have a pleasant stay. During your stay, our team will be available to answer any questions you may have. Check-out must be completed before 11 a.m. by simply dropping off the keys at a partner relay near the accommodation.

The neighborhood

Maisons-Alfort is a peaceful, pleasant town, ideal for a relaxing break on the outskirts of Paris. You can enjoy walks along the Marne or in the Vert-de-Maisons park. The area boasts numerous local shops, supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants. The town is also famous for its National Veterinary School and its architectural heritage.

Transport

The house is ideally located near the Maisons-Alfort - Stade metro station (line 8), which takes you to the center of Paris in around 20 minutes. Several bus routes and the Maisons-Alfort - Alfortville RER D station also make it easy to get around. Fast access to the A86 motorway makes it easy to get around by car.

Other things to note

We welcome you in person between 3pm and 8pm. Check-out is on your own and must be completed by 11am. To simplify your departure, the keys must be deposited in a partner relay, the address of which will be provided to you.

If you plan to arrive after 8pm, we offer you the possibility of a late check-in on your own. In this case, the keys will be made available to you at a partner relay open 24/7, for a small fee of €10.
