Charming apartment near the Eiffel Tower

The space

This elegant 39 m² studio, located in a Haussmannien Parisian building, offers a warm, authentic setting. The living space includes a lounge/dining area and a sleeping area with a double bed (140 cm). The bathroom has a bathtub, the toilet is separate, and the kitchen is fully equipped (oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer). You'll also find a Wi-Fi connection, TV and laptop workspace. Ideal for couples, this apartment combines comfort with a privileged location.

The apartment is located on the 5ᵉ floor of a building without elevator.
Access to the building is secured via a digicode.

Guest interaction

We welcome you in person on arrival from 3pm to ensure you have a pleasant stay. During your stay, we remain available for any questions or assistance. Check-out is done independently before 11am, with keys deposited in a partner relay close to the accommodation.

The neighborhood

Enjoy an exceptional location just a stone's throw from the Eiffel Tower and Champ de Mars. The area is full of typical restaurants, artisanal bakeries and elegant boutiques. Just a few minutes' walk away, explore the quays of the Seine, the Esplanade des Invalides and the Quai Branly museum. The peaceful, secure atmosphere of the 7ᵉ arrondissement makes it ideal for an authentic Parisian stay.

Transport

The apartment has excellent public transport links. Nearby, you'll find the École Militaire metro station (line 8, 200 m away), providing quick access to Paris' main attractions. Several bus lines also pass through the neighborhood, making it easy to get around the capital.

Other things to note

We welcome you in person between 3pm and 8pm. Check-out is on your own and must be completed by 11am. To simplify your departure, the keys must be deposited in a partner relay, the address of which will be provided to you.

If you plan to arrive after 8pm, we offer you the possibility of a late check-in on your own. In this case, the keys will be made available to you at a partner relay open 24/7, for a small fee of €10.
