Elegant apartment near Belleville & Jourdain

The space

This 28 m² apartment, located on the 3rd floor with elevator of a 50s building, is ideal for two people. It features a bedroom area with queen-size bed, a bright and comfortable living room, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, blender, etc.). You'll also enjoy Wi-Fi access, a laptop workspace, washing machine and ironing facilities. There's also a balcony where you can enjoy some time outdoors.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building accessible by elevator. Entrance is via an opening gate with vigik, then an airlock leading to the building. Access is secure.

Guest interaction

We will welcome you in person from 3pm on the day of your arrival. During your stay, our team will be available to answer any questions you may have. Check-out is carried out independently, by 11am at the latest, by dropping off the keys at a nearby partner relay, the address of which will be provided to you.

The neighborhood

Located between Jourdain and Belleville, this apartment plunges you into one of Paris' most authentic and lively neighborhoods. Here, a village atmosphere blends with an artistic and multicultural vibrancy. You'll find artisanal bakeries, delicatessens, local markets, friendly cafés and restaurants from all over the world just a few steps away. The Buttes-Chaumont park, a veritable green lung, is ideal for strolls or picnics. Belleville, renowned for its dynamism and breathtaking views over Paris, is also home to artists' studios, independent galleries and rooftop spots. It's a district full of creative energy, perfect for immersing yourself in Parisian life off the beaten track.

Transport

You're just a 5-minute walk from Pyrénées station (line 11), which provides quick access to central Paris and the main tourist attractions. Line 2 is also accessible via Couronnes station, a 10-minute walk away. Belleville, the dynamic crossroads of eastern Paris, is also nearby, with several connections. Transport links are convenient for exploring the city without difficulty.

Other things to note

We welcome you in person between 3pm and 8pm. Check-out is on your own and must be completed by 11am. To simplify your departure, the keys must be deposited in a partner relay, the address of which will be provided to you.

If you plan to arrive after 8pm, we offer you the possibility of a late check-in on your own, up to a maximum of 12am. In this case, the keys will be made available to you at a partner relay open 24/7, for a small fee of €10.
