Charming Studio in the heart of Saint-Germain

The space

This 34 m² studio offers a well-appointed space, with a living room equipped with a comfortable convertible sofa, suitable for two people. The separate kitchen is practical and has everything you need for simple cooking. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, ideal for relaxing, and there is a separate toilet. The apartment faces south, giving it a pleasant atmosphere. You'll also find a TV, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge, hob and basic utensils. Heating is electric and individual.

Guest access

The studio is on the 3rd floor of an 18th-century building without elevator. Access is via a staircase. All the details you need to enter the building and access the apartment will be provided before your arrival, so that you can feel completely at ease.

Guest interaction

We will welcome you warmly in person on the day of your arrival, from 3pm. Throughout your stay, our team will be on hand to answer any questions you may have and assist you if necessary. Departure is autonomous: all you have to do is drop off the keys at a nearby relay partner by 11am at the latest. The exact address will be given to you before your departure.

The neighborhood

Right in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, this lively, emblematic neighborhood near Castel on the Left Bank is ideal for discovering Paris on foot. You'll be surrounded by historic cafés, bookshops, art galleries and elegant boutiques. Just a few minutes' walk away, enjoy a green break in the Jardin du Luxembourg, admire the church of Saint-Sulpice, or stroll along Boulevard Saint-Germain. The Musée d'Orsay, the Bon Marché, the Pont des Arts and even the Louvre are all within easy reach on foot or in just a few minutes by public transport. The district's atmosphere is a perfect blend of culture, elegance and the gentle Parisian way of life.

Transport

The property benefits from excellent public transport links. Just a two-minute walk away, the Mabillon station (line 10) provides easy access to the Latin Quarter, Jussieu and Auteuil. In less than 10 minutes, Saint-Germain-des-Prés station (line 4) connects you directly to Gare Montparnasse, Châtelet, Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord. Several bus lines run nearby, making it easy to get around Paris. For travelers coming from the airport, the RER B is a 15-minute walk from Luxembourg station.

Other things to note

We welcome you in person between 3pm and 8pm. Check-out is autonomous and must be completed by 11am. To simplify your departure, the keys must be left in a partner relay, whose address will be provided to you.

If you plan to arrive after 8pm, we offer you the possibility of a late check-in on your own. In this case, the keys will be made available to you at a partner relay open 24/7, for a small fee of €10.
