The space

This 25 m² duplex apartment on the 3rd floor (no elevator) can accommodate up to two people. The space comprises a lounge area, a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a separate kitchen. The apartment is functionally furnished, offering everything you need for a pleasant stay in the heart of Paris. This two-room apartment is the ideal pied-à-terre for a couple wishing to explore the city on foot and take full advantage of its unique atmosphere.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building without elevator. Access is via a typically Parisian courtyard. Once inside the building, you'll need to take the stairs to reach the apartment.

Guest interaction

You'll be warmly welcomed in person from 3pm on the day of arrival until 8pm. On the day of departure, you can check-out independently before 11am. All you have to do is drop off the keys at a nearby partner relay. Our team remains available at all times during your stay to answer any questions you may have.

The neighborhood

Located in one of the Latin Quarter's most picturesque lanes, just a stone's throw from Notre Dame, this apartment puts you in the heart of old Paris, where culture, history and the art of living meet. In less than 10 minutes on foot, you're within easy reach of iconic sites such as Notre-Dame de Paris, the Ile de la Cité, the Sainte-Chapelle, the Panthéon, the Jardin du Luxembourg and the banks of the Seine for a romantic stroll at sunset.

All around you, the atmosphere is typically Parisian: antique bookshops, historic cafés, lively terraces, art galleries and little hidden squares are all part of the district's charm. Bookshops on the quays, restaurants on rue Saint-André-des-Arts and art cinemas on boulevard Saint-Michel are all just a stone's throw away. The district remains lively at all hours, while offering the calm of a discreet alley for peaceful nights.

Transport

The property benefits from excellent public transport links. Just a 3-minute walk away, the Saint-Michel Notre-Dame station provides access to RER lines B and C, as well as metro line 4, making it easy to get to emblematic sites such as the Louvre, the Eiffel Tower and Montparnasse. The Mabillon station (line 10) is also a 4-minute walk away, while Saint-Germain - Odéon (lines 4 and 10) is a 5-minute walk away. Numerous bus lines (21, 38, 63, 70, 72, 74, 75, 87) serve the neighborhood, offering added flexibility for exploring the city. Self-service bicycle stations are also available nearby for pleasant rides along the Seine.

Other things to note

We welcome you in person between 3pm and 8pm. Check-out is on your own and must be completed by 11am. To simplify your departure, the keys must be deposited in a partner relay, the address of which will be provided to you.

If you plan to arrive after 8pm, we offer you the possibility of a late check-in on your own, up to a maximum of 12am. In this case, the keys will be made available to you at a partner relay open 24/7, for a small fee of €10.
