The space

This 70 m² apartment is located on the 1st floor with elevator of a quiet building on avenue Philippe Auguste, in the 11th arrondissement. It comprises a large, bright west-facing living room with a sofa bed (120 cm) for one person, a separate bedroom with a king-size XL bed (200x200 cm), a fully-equipped separate kitchen (oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, etc.), a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. A high-speed Wi-Fi connection, TV, washing machine and other practical facilities are available for a comfortable stay.

Guest access

The apartment is on the 1st floor of a building equipped with an elevator. You simply need a badge to enter, then a key to access the apartment. All practical details will be sent to you after booking, to ensure smooth and secure access.

Guest interaction

We welcome you in person from 3pm on the day of your arrival. Our team is available to answer any questions you may have during your stay. Departure is autonomous, no later than 11 a.m.: all you have to do is drop off the keys at a partner relay close to your accommodation. The address will be given to you before departure.

The neighborhood

Located between the dynamic Nation and Père-Lachaise districts, this apartment enjoys a privileged location in the 11th arrondissement. Just a stone's throw away, you'll find the famous Père-Lachaise cemetery, a veritable open-air museum, and the Square de la Roquette, ideal for a green break. Shopping enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity of Conforama Nation , while gourmets can explore a variety of typical restaurants and cafés in the vicinity. The neighborhood also offers a multitude of local shops, bakeries and supermarkets, making your daily routine a breeze.

Transport

The apartment is perfectly served by public transport. Just a few minutes' walk from the Rue des Boulets metro station (line 9), you can quickly reach key destinations such as Nation and République. Avron and Alexandre Dumas stations (line 2) are also less than a 7-minute walk away, offering connections to iconic sites such as Montmartre and the Arc de Triomphe.

Other things to note

We welcome you in person between 3pm and 8pm. Check-out is on your own and must be completed by 11am. To simplify your departure, the keys must be deposited in a partner relay, the address of which will be provided to you.

If you plan to arrive after 8pm, we offer you the possibility of a late check-in on your own, up to a maximum of 12am. In this case, the keys will be made available to you in a partner relay open 24/7, for a small fee of €10.
