The space

This 29 m² studio apartment, located on the 3ᵉ floor with elevator, offers a large, well-appointed living area, including a sleeping area with double bed (140 cm), a living area with open kitchen, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, fridge, washing machine, TV, Wi-Fi and storage space. You'll also enjoy a pleasant, unoverlooked balcony, ideal for taking in the fresh air in complete peace and quiet. Its southeast-facing aspect provides soft light in the morning. Perfect for a single person or a couple looking for peace and quiet just outside Paris.

Guest access

The apartment is on the 3ᵉ floor of a 1950s building, accessible by elevator. Entrance is via a digicode and intercom. All precise access information will be communicated after booking.

Guest interaction

We welcome you in person from 3pm on the day of your arrival to hand over the keys and show you around the apartment. We remain available throughout your stay to answer any questions you may have. Check-out must be completed before 11am, on your own, simply by dropping off the keys at a nearby partner relay, the address of which will be communicated to you.

The neighborhood

Fontenay-sous-Bois is a peaceful, leafy commune in the immediate vicinity of Paris. Take advantage of the Bois de Vincennes for walks, running or picnics. Within walking distance, you'll find bakeries, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants. Vincennes town center, popular for its shops, château and friendly atmosphere, is also within easy reach. It's an excellent compromise for enjoying a quiet setting close to the hustle and bustle of Paris.

Transport

The apartment has excellent transport links: you're just a 10-minute walk from the Fontenay-sous-Bois or Val de Fontenay RER A stations, which take you to Nation in 5 minutes and Châtelet-les-Halles in 15 minutes. Several nearby bus routes connect you to neighboring towns and Paris metro stations. An ideal location for easy access and a peaceful stay.

Other things to note

We welcome you in person between 3pm and 8pm. Check-out is on your own and must be completed by 11am. To simplify your departure, the keys must be left in a partner relay, whose address will be provided to you.

If you plan to arrive after 8pm, we offer you the possibility of a late check-in on your own, up to a maximum of 12am. In this case, the keys will be made available to you in a partner relay open 24/7, for a small fee of €10.
