The space

This 17 m² studio, nestled on the 3ᵉ floor of a charming Parisian building with no elevator, has been cleverly furnished to offer a functional and pleasant space. The main room features a quality convertible sofa, suitable for two people, and a desk area ideal for working comfortably. The compact but well-equipped kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and wine glasses, perfect for an impromptu dinner or a leisurely breakfast. There's also a modern bathroom with shower and toilet. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need for a carefree stay: fast Wi-Fi, TV, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner and hangers at your disposal.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 3ᵉ floor, without elevator. Access to the building is via a secure door with digicode.

Guest interaction

We will welcome you in person from 3pm on the day of your arrival. During your stay, our team will be available to answer any questions you may have. Departure must be no later than 11am. All you have to do is drop off the keys at a nearby relay partner, whose address we'll let you know.

The neighborhood

The studio is located in the 14ᵉ arrondissement, a lively and authentic neighborhood appreciated for its local shops, lively cafés and typical Parisian atmosphere. Just a few minutes' walk away, you can stroll along the Avenue du Général Leclerc with its boutiques, or discover local life around Place Denfert-Rochereau. The area is also home to cultural attractions such as the Fondation Cartier and the famous Catacombes de Paris. Ideal for travelers wishing to experience Paris like a local.

Transport

The apartment is just a 2-minute (90 m) walk from the Pernety station (line 13), which provides quick access to Montparnasse, the Champs-Élysées and the Grands Boulevards. You're also well connected by several bus lines for exploring Paris above ground. Thanks to this close proximity to transport, you'll find it easy to get around the capital, whether for work or pleasure.

Other things to note

We welcome you in person between 3pm and 8pm. Check-out is on your own and must be completed by 11am. To simplify your departure, you'll need to drop off your keys at one of our partner relays, whose address you'll be given.

If you plan to arrive after 8pm, we offer you the possibility of a late check-in on your own, up to a maximum of 12am. In this case, the keys will be made available to you in a partner relay open 24/7, for a small fee of €10.
