The space

This 45 m² apartment, located on the 1st floor of a 50s building in Boulogne-Billancourt, offers a peaceful and functional setting. It comprises a bedroom with queen-size bed, a living room, a fully-equipped independent kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster), a bathroom with shower, and a separate toilet. One of the great assets of this apartment is its veranda, extended by a balcony, both facing a green area, perfect for enjoying a quiet coffee or a reading break. You'll also benefit from a washing machine, tumble dryer, Wi-Fi, television and an adapted workspace.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with an elevator. Access is secure and easy.

Guest interaction

We will welcome you in person at check-in from 3pm. During your stay, our team will be available to answer any questions you may have. You can check out on your own before 11 a.m.: simply drop off the keys at a nearby relay partner, whose address will be given to you.

The neighborhood

The apartment is located in a quiet, pleasant area of Boulogne-Billancourt, in the immediate vicinity of the Roland-Garros stadium and the Bois de Boulogne. Ideal for strolling and relaxing outdoors, the area also offers a wide choice of shops, bakeries, restaurants and cafés within walking distance. You'll enjoy a soothing residential atmosphere, while being quickly connected to the heart of Paris thanks to nearby transport links. It's an ideal base for discovering the capital while staying in a serene environment.

Transport

The property is well connected to the rest of the Paris region. The Jean Jaurès metro station (line 10) is an 8-minute walk away, giving you easy access to the center of Paris. Several bus routes also serve the area, and bike paths make it easy to get around.

Other things to note

We welcome you in person between 3pm and 8pm. Check-out is autonomous and must be completed by 11am. To simplify your departure, keys must be left at a partner relay, whose address will be provided.

If you plan to arrive after 8pm, we offer you the possibility of a late check-in on your own, up to a maximum of 12am. In this case, the keys will be made available to you at a partner relay open 24/7, for a small fee of €10.
