Charming apartment near Grands Boulevards

The space

This charming 26 m² south-facing apartment offers a warm and functional living space. The living room, the apartment's main room, features a comfortable double bed (140 cm), as well as a workspace suitable for professional stays. The kitchen, separate from the living room, is fully equipped with oven, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, washing machine and all the essentials for cooking. Adjacent to the kitchen, the bathroom has a shower. The apartment is also equipped with a fan, hairdryer, clotheshorse and Wi-Fi.

The toilet, located on the landing, is shared with the other occupants on the floor - a typical feature of older Parisian buildings.

Guest access

The apartment is on the 6th floor of a Haussmann-style building with no elevator - access is via the stairs. The entrance to the building opens onto a quiet inner courtyard. Full access instructions will be provided prior to your arrival.

Guest interaction

We will welcome you in person from 3pm on the day of your arrival, to hand over the keys and answer any questions you may have. Check-out is easy, by 11am at the latest, by dropping off the keys at a nearby relay partner. Our team remains available throughout your stay to assist you if required.

The neighborhood

Located in the 9th arrondissement of Paris, between the Grands Boulevards and the Cadet district, the apartment enjoys a lively, central location. You'll be just a few minutes' walk from Parisian theaters, the Musée Grévin, and famous covered passages (such as the Passage Jouffroy). Rue Sainte-Cécile is quiet yet close to numerous cafés, bakeries, grocery stores and restaurants. Galeries Lafayette and the Opéra Garnier are also nearby, perfect for a shopping or cultural spree.

Transport

The neighborhood is very well served by public transportation. The Cadet metro station (line 7) is just a 5-minute walk away, and provides quick access to iconic sites such as the Opéra Garnier, the Marais district and the Louvre Museum. A ten-minute walk away, the Grands Boulevards stations (lines 8 and 9) offer additional connections to central Paris.

The Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est stations are within easy reach: allow around 10 minutes by public transport to reach Gare de l'Est, or 15 to 20 minutes for Gare du Nord. Both stations are less than 1.5 km from the apartment on foot.

Finally, several bus lines and Vélib' stations nearby make exploring Paris pleasant and flexible.

Other things to note

We welcome you in person between 3pm and 8pm. Check-out is on your own and must be completed by 11am. To simplify your departure, you'll need to drop off your keys at one of our partner relays, whose address will be given to you.

If you plan to arrive after 8pm, we offer you the possibility of a late check-in on your own, up to a maximum of 12am. In this case, the keys will be made available to you in a partner relay open 24/7, for a small fee of €10.
