The space

This charming 45 m² apartment, located on the 3rd floor with elevator of a recent building, offers an ideal configuration for a stay for two. It comprises a comfortable dining room, a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a bathroom with bathtub, a separate toilet and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.). A reliable Wi-Fi connection, TV, washing machine and tumble dryer complete the facilities for a practical and pleasant stay.

Guest access

The apartment is on the 3rd floor with elevator. Access to the building is simply via intercom or vigik. All access details will be communicated to you after booking.

Guest interaction

We'll give you a warm personal welcome from 3pm on the day of your arrival. During your stay, our team will be available to answer any questions you may have. Departure, by 11am at the latest, is simple: simply drop off the keys at a nearby partner relay, whose address will be provided.

The neighborhood

The apartment is located in a quiet street in the 12th arrondissement, a stone's throw from the Coulée Verte René-Dumont, a former railroad line transformed into a tree-lined promenade, inviting you to relax and stroll. The neighborhood abounds with small shops, artisanal bakeries, supermarkets and a variety of restaurants. The Aligre market, one of the liveliest in Paris, is within walking distance, as is the Opéra Bastille. This residential area offers the perfect balance between tranquility and authentic Parisian life.

Transport

The apartment is well served by public transportation. Just a 5-minute walk away, you'll find Bastille station (lines 1, 5 and 8), ideal for quickly reaching central districts such as the Marais, Châtelet or the Champs-Élysées. Gare de Lyon is also close by, offering direct access to the main lines and RER.

Other things to note

We welcome you in person between 3pm and 8pm. Check-out is autonomous and must be completed by 11am. To simplify your departure, keys must be left in a partner relay, whose address will be provided.

If you plan to arrive after 8pm, we offer you the possibility of a late check-in on your own, up to a maximum of 12am. In this case, the keys will be made available to you at a partner relay open 24/7, for a small fee of €10.
