The space

This 48 m² apartment is located on the second floor of a Haussmann building without elevator. It comprises a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a living room with sofa bed, ideal for up to 4 travelers. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, washing machine, ironing facilities and vacuum cleaner. A bathroom with shower and separate toilet complete the accommodation. You'll also find a TV and a laptop workspace, perfect for a stay that combines relaxation and practicality.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the second floor of a building without elevator. Access is via a quiet cul-de-sac. Once inside the building, you'll reach the apartment via the stairs.

Guest interaction

We will welcome you in person from 3pm on the day of your arrival to hand over the keys and show you the accommodation. Departure is by 11 a.m., with keys deposited in a nearby relay. We remain available at all times during your stay for any questions or needs.

The neighborhood

Located in the 18th arrondissement, in the immediate vicinity of the Butte Montmartre, the apartment enjoys a privileged location. You'll be just a few minutes' walk from the picturesque streets of Montmartre, the Sacré-Coeur, and the Place des Abbesses, famous for its lively terraces, artisanal bakeries and small local shops. The area has a village atmosphere, with friendly cafés, artists' studios and fresh produce markets. Ideal for strolling or soaking up the Parisian atmosphere.

Transport

The nearest metro station is Lamarck-Caulaincourt (line 12), about 5 minutes' walk away, providing easy access to the central districts of Paris. Several bus lines also serve the surrounding area. Whether you want to visit the museums in the center, the Grand Boulevards or simply stroll through the historic districts, public transport makes it easy to get around.

Other things to note

We welcome you in person between 3pm and 8pm. Check-out is on your own and must be completed by 11am. To simplify your departure, the keys must be deposited in a partner relay, the address of which will be provided to you.

If you plan to arrive after 8pm, we offer you the possibility of a late check-in on your own, up to a maximum of 12am. In this case, the keys will be made available to you at a partner relay open 24/7, for a small fee of €10.
