The space

This 35 m² apartment, located on the 1st floor (no elevator) of an Art Deco building, offers a cosy setting for two people. It comprises a convivial living room, a bedroom with double bed (140 cm) and en-suite bathroom, and a separate, fully-equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, fridge with freezer. You'll also find a workspace, reliable Wi-Fi connection, washing machine and tumble dryer, perfect for medium- to long-term stays.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building without elevator. Access to the building is via a secure lobby. Once inside, simply take the stairs up one floor to reach the apartment entrance.

Guest interaction

We will welcome you in person from 3pm on the day of your arrival, to hand over the keys and show you around the apartment. Throughout your stay, our team will be on hand to answer any questions you may have. You can leave independently, by 11am at the latest, by dropping off the keys at a partner relay close to the accommodation - we'll provide you with the address in due course.

The neighborhood

Located in a quiet residential street in the 19th arrondissement, the apartment enjoys a peaceful environment, yet is close to several points of interest. Within walking distance, you'll find local shops, bakeries, supermarkets and cafés. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby Parc des Buttes-Chaumont, ideal for a stroll or picnic with a view over Paris. The neighborhood offers a good balance between authentic local life and easy access to the capital's major sites.

Transport

The Télégraphe metro station (line 11) is less than 5 minutes' walk away and takes you to the center of Paris in around 20 minutes. Buses also serve the surrounding area, making it easy to get around eastern Paris. The well-developed transport network makes it easy to explore Paris while staying in a quieter neighborhood.

Other things to note

We welcome you in person between 3pm and 8pm. Check-out is on your own and must be completed by 11am. To simplify your departure, you'll need to drop off your keys at one of our partner relays, the address of which will be given to you.

If you plan to arrive after 8pm, we offer you the possibility of a late check-in on your own, up to a maximum of 12am. In this case, the keys will be made available to you in a partner relay open 24/7, for a small fee of €10.
