Charming apartment near Batignolles & Montmartre

The space

This bright 50 m² apartment is located on the 7th floor (with elevator) of a charming Art Deco building. It features two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed, and the other with a sofa bed.
Note that the sofa bed, while comfortable, lies directly on the floor when unfolded—it is not a traditional raised pull-out model. The living area includes a convivial lounge opening onto a functional, well-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.). The whole opens onto two balconies, ideal for enjoying unobstructed views. A bathroom with shower and toilet completes the accommodation. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, Wi-Fi, TV and workspace.

Guest access

The apartment is on the 7th floor of a building with elevator. Access to the building is via a code and badge at the entrance, then the elevator will take you directly to the floor.

Guest interaction

We will welcome you in person from 3pm on the day of your arrival to show you around the apartment and answer any questions you may have. Check-out is by 11 a.m. at the latest, in complete autonomy: simply drop off the keys at a partner relay close to the accommodation, whose address will be given to you. During your stay, our team remains at your disposal should you need assistance.

The neighborhood

Located in the 17th arrondissement, in the immediate vicinity of rue de La Jonquière, the apartment is in a pleasant shopping district. You'll find bakeries, cafés, supermarkets and small local markets within walking distance. Parc Clichy-Batignolles (Martin Luther King), one of the most recent and modern parks in Paris, is also just a stone's throw away, perfect for a nature break. The environment is residential yet lively, offering a good balance between calm and Parisian bustle.

Transport

The apartment has excellent transport links. The Porte de Clichy metro station (RER C and metro 13 and 14) is at the foot of the apartment, providing quick access to Montparnasse, the Champs-Élysées and Saint-Lazare. Several bus lines are also nearby, making it easy to get around Paris.

Other things to note

We welcome you in person between 3pm and 8pm. Check-out is autonomous and must be completed by 11am. To simplify your departure, you'll need to drop off your keys at one of our partner relays, whose address you'll be given.

If you plan to arrive after 8pm, we offer you the possibility of a late check-in on your own, up to a maximum of 12am. In this case, the keys will be made available to you in a partner relay open 24/7, for a small fee of €10.
