The space

This 35 m² apartment, located on the 1st floor with elevator, consists of a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a separate, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, refrigerator, and freezer). The space also includes a washing machine, a dryer, a television, Wi-Fi, and a work area suitable for a laptop. The apartment is equipped with central gas heating. It is ideal for a couple or a small family.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building equipped with an elevator. You will have easy access via a secure entrance.

Guest interaction

We will warmly welcome you in person from 3 p.m. on the day of your arrival to hand over the keys and show you around the apartment. During your stay, our team will remain available to answer your questions. Self-checkout is possible before 11:00 a.m. by simply dropping off your keys at a nearby partner relay. The address will be provided to you before your departure.

The neighborhood

The apartment is located in the 13th arrondissement, in the immediate vicinity of Buttes-aux-Cailles, a picturesque neighborhood appreciated for its cobbled streets, village atmosphere, and numerous restaurants and terraces. Rue Jeanne d'Arc is lined with local shops: bakeries, grocery stores, and cafés. You are also a few minutes' walk from Rue Mouffetard, famous for its daily market and gourmet restaurants. The neighborhood offers a lively yet pleasant setting, perfect for discovering authentic Paris away from the tourist crowds.

Transport

Excellently connected, the apartment is approximately a 5-minute walk from the Campo-Formio metro station (line 5), which provides quick access to Gare d'Austerlitz and Bastille. The Nationale station (line 6) is also within walking distance, ideal for accessing Montparnasse or the Eiffel Tower. Bus lines complete the transportation options in this well-connected neighborhood.

Other things to note

We welcome you in person between 3 pm and 8 pm. Checkout is self-service and must be completed before 11 am. To simplify your departure, keys must be dropped off at a partner relay point, the address of which will be provided to you.

If you plan to arrive after 8 pm, we offer late self-service check-in, up to midnight at the latest. In this case, the keys will be made available to you at a partner relay point open 24/7, for a small fee of €10.
