Perfect for two to four people, it offers a cozy mezzanine with a double bed, a pleasant living room with a comfortable sofa bed, and a well-equipped kitchen. You'll be just a few minutes' walk from the most beautiful museums, galleries, and culinary destinations in central Paris.

The space

The fully renovated apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an old building without an elevator. It features a bright living room with a comfortable sofa bed (180 cm), a mezzanine accessible by a ladder with a double bed (140 cm) for a cozy atmosphere, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a separate kitchen. Amenities include an oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, workspace, Wi-Fi, a fan, and a few books. A functional and welcoming place, ideal for relaxing after your Parisian escapades.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (without an elevator) of an old building. Access is secure and easy via an interior courtyard. All practical information will be provided to you before your arrival.

Guest interaction

We will welcome you in person from 3:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival. During your stay, our team will be available to answer your questions. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. at the latest, with keys collected at a nearby partner relay. The address will be provided to you the day before your departure.

The neighborhood

Le Marais is one of the liveliest and most creative neighborhoods in Paris. You will be just a stone's throw from the Centre Pompidou, the Picasso Museum, the National Archives, and numerous studios, galleries, and bookstores. The surrounding streets are full of great spots for brunch, a drink, or discovering Parisian concept stores. The atmosphere is lively, artistic, and pleasant for a stroll or a shopping spree. Convenience stores, bakeries, restaurants, and cafés are all in the immediate vicinity.

Transport

The Arts et Métiers (lines 3 and 11) and Rambuteau (line 11) stations are just a few minutes' walk away, providing easy access to major Parisian transport links. Several buses also pass through the area, facilitating your travel to train stations or more distant neighborhoods such as Montmartre or Saint-Germain.

Other things to note

We welcome you in person between 3 pm and 8 pm. Checkout is self-service and must be completed before 11 am. To simplify your departure, keys must be dropped off at a partner relay point, the address of which will be provided to you.

If you plan to arrive after 8 pm, we offer the option of late self-service check-in, up to midnight at the latest. In this case, the keys will be made available to you at a partner relay open 24/7, for a small contribution of €10.
