The space

The apartment consists of three bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed and two with double beds (140 cm). It also features a spacious living room for your relaxation, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.), and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. A separate toilet completes the space. You will also find a washing machine, Wi-Fi, a television (Smart TV), ironing facilities, and a hairdryer. Everything has been designed for a practical and pleasant stay.

You can also enjoy the outdoor space thanks to its full-length balcony.

Guest access

Located on the 1st floor of a building with an elevator, the apartment is easily accessible. Access to the common areas and the apartment will be explained to you during your check-in.

Guest interaction

You will be greeted in person from 3 p.m. to hand over the keys and show you around the apartment. We remain available to answer any questions you may have during your stay. Checkout must be completed before 11:00 a.m. by simply dropping off the keys at a nearby partner relay point, the address of which will be provided to you.

The neighborhood

Neuilly-sur-Seine is renowned for its elegant, residential setting, close to Paris. You'll find numerous shops, bakeries, and supermarkets within walking distance, as well as a variety of restaurants to suit all tastes. Strolls along the Seine or in the Bois de Boulogne, just a few minutes away, are ideal for relaxing.

You're also close to iconic landmarks such as La Défense, the Louis Vuitton Foundation, the Arc de Triomphe, and all of Paris is quickly accessible via metro line 1.

Transport

The apartment enjoys an ideal location, just 200 meters from the Pont de Neuilly metro station (line 1) and close to Porte Maillot train station. This line crosses Paris from west to east and provides direct access to the Champs-Élysées in approximately 10 minutes, the Louvre in 15 minutes, and the Marais district in less than 20 minutes. Several bus lines complement the transportation offering, facilitating your travel in Neuilly and around the capital.

Other things to note

We welcome you in person between 3 pm and 8 pm. Checkout is self-service and must be completed before 11 am. To simplify your departure, keys must be dropped off at a partner relay point, the address of which will be provided to you.

If you plan to arrive after 8 pm, we offer the option of self-service late check-in, up to midnight at the latest. In this case, the keys will be made available to you at a partner relay point open 24/7, for a small fee of €10.
