The space

This 71 m² apartment, located on the 2nd floor with elevator, offers a pleasant setting for a stay with family or friends. It has two bedrooms: the first with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and the second with two single beds (90 cm), perfect for comfortably accommodating four guests. The living room also has an extra bed (single bed) that can accommodate a fifth person, although we recommend the apartment for four to ensure optimal comfort.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and suitable dishes. You will also find a washing machine, ironing facilities, a hairdryer, a television, and Wi-Fi. The bathroom has a bathtub, ideal for relaxing after a day in the city.

Guest access

The accommodation is located on the second floor of a building with an elevator in a green and peaceful residence. Access is easy and secure.

Guest interaction

You'll be greeted in person starting at 3:00 p.m. to hand over your keys and get settled in. Our team remains available for any questions you may have during your stay. Checkout is by 11:00 a.m. at the latest and is self-service: simply drop off your keys at a nearby partner pick-up point, the address of which will be provided to you.

The neighborhood

Located in the 15th arrondissement, the apartment offers a pleasant and authentic setting. Just a few steps away, Parc André Citroën and its themed gardens invite you to relax, while Parc Georges-Brassens charms visitors with its peaceful paths and weekend antique book market. You are also just 1.3 km from the Champ-de-Mars, for a stroll leading to the Eiffel Tower.

The neighborhood is full of local shops, bakeries, restaurants, and traditional markets (Convention, Grenelle), allowing you to fully enjoy the Parisian way of life. For culture lovers, the Bourdelle Museum and the Pasteur Museum are easily accessible, and a stroll along the Petite Ceinture or the Île aux Cygnes will be a pleasant way to end your day.

Transport

The apartment enjoys excellent transport links. The Commerce station (line 8) is just a few minutes' walk away and provides direct access to the center of Paris in less than 20 minutes. The Avenue Émile Zola station (line 10) is also nearby, facilitating access to the Left Bank and the Latin Quarter. Montparnasse station is less than 20 minutes away by metro. Finally, 1.3 km away, the Champ-de-Mars offers an ideal walk to the Eiffel Tower.

Other things to note

We welcome you in person between 3 pm and 8 pm. Checkout is self-service and must be completed before 11 am. To simplify your departure, keys must be dropped off at a partner relay point, the address of which will be provided to you.

If you plan to arrive after 8 pm, we offer the option of self-service late check-in, up to midnight at the latest. In this case, the keys will be made available to you at a partner relay point open 24/7, for a small fee of €10.
