The space

This charming 37 m² one-bedroom apartment offers a simple and pleasant setting for your stay. The open-plan kitchen and living room allow for convivial moments, while the separate bedroom, equipped with a queen-size bed, guarantees truly comfortable rest. The private bathroom includes a shower and toilet.

The apartment is designed to be practical and functional: Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator-freezer, kettle, blender, and wine glasses. For added convenience, hangers, a clothes horse, and a vacuum cleaner are available.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a building with no elevator. Access is simple with a badge and code, ensuring security and peace of mind.

Guest interaction

You can check in on your own between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. The keys can be picked up at a secure partner location near the property—you’ll receive all the necessary instructions before your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in.

During your stay, our team will be available to answer any questions you may have. You’ll also have access to our app, which contains all the information you need: accommodation, the neighborhood, recommended spots, and much more.

Check-out is by 11 a.m.; you’ll receive all the necessary instructions the day before your departure.

The neighborhood

The 18th arrondissement is a lively and diverse neighborhood, offering an authentic Parisian experience. Here you'll find local shops, bakeries, a variety of cafés and restaurants, as well as colorful markets. In just a few minutes, you can reach Montmartre and the Sacré-Cœur, iconic landmarks of the capital. It's a cosmopolitan and lively environment, ideal for travelers wishing to discover a warm and characterful Paris.

Transport

The apartment enjoys excellent access to public transportation. The Château Rouge metro station (line 4) is a few minutes' walk away and provides direct access to central Paris, with stops at Châtelet, Les Halles, and Saint-Germain. The Marcadet–Poissonniers station (lines 4 and 12) is also nearby and offers a quick connection to the north and west of the capital.

Several bus lines also serve the area, making travel to other iconic areas of Paris easy. Finally, the Gare du Nord, located about a ten-minute walk away, provides access to RER, regional trains, and connections to other major Parisian stations, making it convenient for arrivals or excursions outside the city.
