The space

This 29 m² studio, located on the 1st floor with elevator access, offers a well-appointed space that can accommodate up to 4 people. It features a double bed (140 cm) and a sofa bed. You'll also find a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, and washing machine. The studio also features Wi-Fi, a television, and a laptop-compatible workspace, ideal for a comfortable and functional stay.

Guest access

The accommodation is located on the 1st floor of a building with an elevator. Access is via a code or badge, then through a private door.

Guest interaction

You will be greeted in person from 3:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival. Our team remains available to answer your questions throughout your stay. Check-out must be before 11:00 a.m.: simply drop off your keys at a partner collection point near the accommodation, the address of which will be provided to you.

The neighborhood

The accommodation enjoys a prime location in the 15th arrondissement. Just 900 meters from the Champ de Mars, you can reach this vast Parisian garden in less than 10 minutes on foot for an unforgettable stroll at the foot of the Iron Lady. The Eiffel Tower is approximately a 20-minute walk away, a unique opportunity to enjoy one of the world's most iconic monuments right on your doorstep. The banks of the Seine are also within walking distance for pleasant strolls. The neighborhood is full of local shops: bakeries, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants for all tastes. You'll also find typical Parisian markets and quiet green spaces, perfect for combining discovery and relaxation.

Transport

The La Motte-Picquet – Grenelle metro station (lines 6, 8, and 10), within walking distance, provides easy access to the Montparnasse Tower, Les Invalides, the Latin Quarter, and all of Paris's major attractions. Several bus lines also serve the area, making it easy to get around the capital.

Other things to note

We welcome you in person between 3 pm and 8 pm. Checkout is self-service and must be completed before 11 am. To simplify your departure, keys must be dropped off at a partner check-in point, the address of which will be provided to you.

If you plan to arrive after 8 pm, we offer late self-service check-in, up to midnight at the latest. In this case, the keys will be made available to you at a partner check-in point open 24/7, for a small fee of €10.
