Charming 2-room apartment close to les Batignolles

The space

This 45 m² apartment located on the 1st floor of a 19th-century building offers a pleasant and functional setting. It features a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a living room with a sofa bed, a separate fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, blender, toaster), as well as a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. You will also find a workspace, a television, Wi-Fi, as well as a washing machine and ironing facilities for your convenience.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building. Access is via the stairs, as the building does not have an elevator.

Guest interaction

You will be greeted in person upon arrival from 3 p.m. to show you around and answer any questions you may have. Throughout your stay, our team remains available should you need it. Check-out is at your own pace, no later than 11:00 a.m., by simply dropping off your keys at a pick-up point near the accommodation. The address will be provided to you before your departure.

The neighborhood

Located in the 17th arrondissement, the accommodation enjoys a pleasant and lively environment. You'll find numerous local shops (bakeries, supermarkets, cafes) and a variety of restaurants in the surrounding streets. Just a few minutes' walk away, the Batignolles district and Martin Luther King Park offer beautiful walks. You can also easily reach Montmartre to discover the Sacré-Cœur Basilica and its charming, lively streets.

Transport

The Guy Môquet metro station (line 13) is approximately a 6-minute walk away and provides quick access to central Paris, including the Champs-Élysées and Saint-Lazare train station. Several bus lines also serve the area, making it easy to get to major Parisian tourist attractions.

Other things to note

We welcome you in person between 3 pm and 8 pm. Checkout is self-service and must be completed before 11 am. To simplify your departure, keys must be dropped off at a partner relay point, the address of which will be provided to you.

If you plan to arrive after 8 pm, we offer late self-service check-in, up to midnight at the latest. In this case, the keys will be made available to you at a partner relay point open 24/7, for a small fee of €10.
