The space

This 52 m² dual-aspect apartment, located on the 5th and top floor of a 19th-century building, offers a bright space thanks to its numerous windows. It consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a cozy living room, a fully equipped separate kitchen (oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, etc.), a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. You'll also have access to a washing machine, dryer, television, and Wi-Fi for a comfortable stay.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 5th floor, without an elevator. Access to the building and the apartment is easy and secure.

Guest interaction

You'll be greeted in person at check-in starting at 3:00 p.m. to assist you with settling in. Our team remains available throughout your stay to answer your questions. Check-out is free before 11 a.m.: simply drop off your keys at a partner pick-up point near the accommodation, the address of which will be provided to you.

The neighborhood

Located on Rue de la Mouzaïa, this unique neighborhood in the 19th arrondissement captivates with its village charm and cobbled paths lined with small flower-bedecked houses. You'll be just a few minutes' walk from Parc des Buttes-Chaumont, one of Paris's most beautiful green spaces, ideal for a stroll or a picnic. Numerous local shops, bakeries, cafés, and restaurants are located around the accommodation, offering a friendly and authentic atmosphere. You can also easily reach iconic sites such as the Canal de l'Ourcq or La Villette, rich in culture and leisure activities.

Transport

The Botzaris metro station (line 7bis) is a few minutes' walk away and provides quick access to other lines for exploring Paris. Nearby, you'll also find the Place des Fêtes station (lines 7bis and 11), providing direct access to central Paris and must-see attractions such as the Marais, Châtelet, and République.

Other things to note

We welcome you in person between 3 pm and 8 pm. Checkout is self-service and must be completed before 11 am. To simplify your departure, keys must be dropped off at a partner relay point, the address of which will be provided to you.

If you plan to arrive after 8 pm, we offer late self-service check-in, up to midnight at the latest. In this case, the keys will be made available to you at a partner relay point open 24/7, for a small fee of €10.
