The space

This 47 m² ground-floor apartment includes a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The living room has a sofa bed (120 cm) to accommodate ona additional guest. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator, freezer, and toaster. You will also find a washing machine, dryer, workspace, Wi-Fi, a television, and books available.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the ground floor and is not served by an elevator. Access is simple from the building; all details will be sent to you before your arrival.

Guest interaction

You can check in on your own between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. The keys can be picked up at a secure partner location near the property—you’ll receive all the necessary instructions before your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in.

During your stay, our team will be available to answer any questions you may have. You’ll also have access to our app, which contains all the information you need: accommodation, the neighborhood, recommended spots, and much more.

Check-out is by 11 a.m.; you’ll receive all the necessary instructions the day before your departure.

The neighborhood

The apartment is located on Rue Raspail, in the heart of Levallois-Perret. This residential and commercial neighborhood offers numerous cafés, bakeries, restaurants, and supermarkets within walking distance. You can also enjoy the So Ouest shopping center, green spaces such as Parc de la Planchette, or quickly reach Paris to visit its iconic sites. Its ideal location combines a friendly neighborhood atmosphere with easy access to Parisian attractions.

Transport

Clichy-Levallois station (line L) is 7 minutes away, offering quick access to Paris Saint-Lazare (5 min) and La Défense (8 min).

The apartment is about a 10-minute walk from the Pont de Levallois – Bécon metro station (line 3), which provides direct access to Saint-Lazare, Opéra, and République.

Several bus lines and self-service bike stations complete the transportation options, offering easy connections to both Paris and the La Défense business district.
