The space

The house includes two bedrooms with queen-size beds, each with its own bathroom: one with a shower, the other with a bathtub. You'll also enjoy a large, welcoming living room and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, and blender).

The real highlight of this property is its private rooftop terrace, facing west, perfect for admiring the sunset over Paris. You'll find an outdoor dining area to fully enjoy the beautiful Parisian evenings.

Guest access

The house is located on the ground floor, without an elevator. Access to the rooftop is via an interior staircase. The main entrance is easily accessible from the street; specific details will be provided during the inventory.

Guest interaction

You can check in on your own between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. The keys can be picked up at a secure partner location near the property—you’ll receive all the necessary instructions before your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in.

During your stay, our team will be available to answer any questions you may have. You’ll also have access to our app, which contains all the information you need: accommodation, the neighborhood, recommended spots, and much more.

Check-out is by 11 a.m.; you’ll receive all the necessary instructions the day before your departure.

Just a short walk away, the Parc des Buttes-Chaumont offers a superb setting for strolling, picnicking, or admiring the panoramic views of Paris. It's an ideal place to enjoy authentic Paris, combining nature and urban life.

Transport

The accommodation enjoys an excellent location for getting around Paris. Just a 700-meter walk from Parc des Buttes-Chaumont, you'll find the Botzaris station (line 7bis), ideal for quickly reaching the north and east of the capital. The Colonel Fabien station (line 2), also approximately 700 meters away, provides easy access to iconic sites like Montmartre, Pigalle, and the Champs-Élysées. These two metro lines, combined with nearby bus stops, make traveling throughout the city easy.
