The space

The apartment includes a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a living room, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a kitchen equipped with everything you need: oven, kettle, coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, and basic utensils. You'll also find a television, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine. Compact yet well-designed, it's an ideal base for exploring Paris.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the ground floor, accessible via a quiet interior courtyard. There is no elevator. Access is simple with an entry code, then follow the signs to the apartment.

Guest interaction

We will welcome you in person at check-in from 3:00 PM to show you around the apartment and answer any questions you may have. During your stay, our team remains available for any assistance. Self-checkout is possible before 11:00 a.m.: simply drop off your keys at a partner relay point, the address of which will be provided to you.

The neighborhood

Located in the 18th arrondissement, the accommodation enjoys a lively and typically Parisian setting. Just 500 meters from the Sacré-Cœur, you can stroll to the basilica along its charming streets lined with artists' studios and small cafés. The neighborhood is full of artisanal bakeries, a variety of restaurants, and local shops, as well as the Ordener Street Market, a favorite with locals. It's an authentic area where culture, conviviality, and local life blend together, ideal for discovering Paris from a warm and inspiring perspective.

Transport

The Marcadet-Poissonniers metro station (lines 4 and 12) is approximately a 5-minute walk away, providing quick access to central Paris, Gare du Nord, and Montparnasse. Several bus lines also serve the area, facilitating travel to the capital's main tourist attractions.

Other things to note

We welcome you in person between 3 pm and 8 pm. Checkout is self-service and must be completed before 11 am. To simplify your departure, keys must be dropped off at a partner check-in point, the address of which will be provided to you.

If you plan to arrive after 8 pm, we offer the option of self-service late check-in, up to midnight at the latest. In this case, the keys will be made available to you at a partner check-in point open 24/7, for a small fee of €10.
