The space

The apartment is spread over two levels:
On the ground floor, you'll find a cozy living room opening onto a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator, freezer, blender). A mezzanine room features a single sofa bed (120 cm), perfect for a stay with family or friends. The bathroom has a bathtub that can only be used for showering.

On the basement floor, the master bedroom offers a 140 cm double bed in a quiet and intimate atmosphere, ideal for restful nights.
The apartment also includes Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, a fan, ironing facilities, and a few books to enhance your relaxation.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with no elevator, accessible by stairs. The apartment is a duplex (souplex) and overlooks a quiet courtyard. Guests have free access to the entire apartment during their stay.

Guest interaction

We warmly welcome you in person from 3:00 PM on the day of your arrival to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Our team remains available at all times to answer your questions or address any needs.
Check-out is possible by 11:00 AM at the latest, by simply dropping off the keys at a nearby partner relay point—we will provide you with the address before your departure.

The neighborhood

Located in the heart of the iconic Montmartre district, the apartment enjoys a prime location just a 750-meter walk from the Sacré-Cœur, the Moulin Rouge, and the picturesque streets filled with artists' studios, typical cafés, and small independent boutiques.
Guests will appreciate the neighborhood's friendly, bohemian atmosphere: the cafés on Rue Lepic, the Studio 28 cinema, and the famous Place du Tertre, ideal for strolling among the paintings and lively terraces.
Several local shops—bakeries, supermarkets, and restaurants—are just steps away, making your stay convenient and enjoyable.

Transportation

The Abbesses metro station (line 12) is about a 5-minute walk away and provides quick access to the capital's major arteries (Saint-Lazare, Concorde, Montparnasse). The Blanche station (line 2) also provides access to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées.
Several bus lines serve the area, ideal for exploring Paris at your leisure.

Other things to note

We welcome you in person between 3 pm and 8 pm. Checkout is self-guided and must be completed before 11 am. To simplify your departure, keys must be dropped off at a partner collection point, the address of which will be provided.

If you plan to arrive after 8 p.m., we offer you the option of self-check-in until midnight. In this case, the keys will be made available to you at a partner relay point open 24/7, for a small fee of €10.
