Tiny house near Eiffel Tower

The space

This 27 m² Tiny House offers a split-level bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, a separate living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. You will have a workspace, Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine, a kettle, a coffee machine, a microwave, a refrigerator, a fan, and all the essentials. Individual electric heating, west-facing. Everything is designed for a practical and comfortable stay.

The staircase to access the bedroom can be quite steep and narrow, as shown in the picture. We do not recommend it for elderly people or those with reduced mobility.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a building. The apartment is easily accessible. Access to the common areas and the accommodation will be explained to you during your welcome. Please note that the accommodation is a duplex with steep and sloping stairs.

Guest interaction

Check-in is in person from 3 p.m. on the day of your arrival. Throughout your stay, our team is available to answer any questions you may have. Check-out must be completed independently by 11 a.m.: simply drop off the keys at a nearby partner location, the address of which will be provided to you.

The neighborhood

Ideally located on Avenue de la Bourdonnais, you are just a few steps away from the Eiffel Tower and the Champ-de-Mars. The neighborhood offers a prestigious setting with its artisan bakeries, typical cafés, delicatessens, and restaurants. You can enjoy walks along the Seine, visit nearby museums, and discover an authentic and refined Paris.

Transport

There are several options for getting around Paris easily. The École Militaire (line 8) and Pont de l’Alma metro stations and the Champs de Mars – Tour Eiffel RER C station are all nearby. Bus lines also serve the avenue, providing easy access to Paris's main attractions.

Other things to note

We welcome you in person between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. Check-out is self-service and must be completed before 11 a.m. To simplify your departure, keys must be dropped off at a partner location, the address of which will be provided to you.

If you plan to arrive after 8 p.m., we offer the option of late check-in, which you can do yourself until midnight. In this case, the keys will be available at a partner location open 24/7, for a small fee of €10.
