Bright studio in the Marais

The space

This 19 m² studio apartment, located on the 6th floor (no elevator) of a 19th-century building, offers an optimized layout for a comfortable stay. It features a living room with a convertible sofa bed (sleeps 2), a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, etc.), and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The heating is individual electric. The cross-ventilation ensures pleasant air circulation, natural light, and complete independence for a stay in the heart of Paris.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 6th floor, without an elevator. Your host will welcome you in person from 3 p.m. Check-out is before 11 a.m.

Guest interaction

Check-in will take place in person on the day of your arrival, from 3 p.m. onwards. The entire team will be available throughout your stay to answer any questions you may have. Check-out is self-service: keys must be returned to a nearby partner location (address provided).

The neighborhood

Located in Paris's 3rd arrondissement in the popular Marais district, between the Marché des Enfants Rouges and the Carreaux du Temple. You are in the heart of a dynamic neighborhood combining designer boutiques, art galleries, and cozy cafés. In the immediate vicinity, you will find neighborhood cafés, artisan bakeries, small creative restaurants, and the famous Marché des Enfants Rouges covered market (a few minutes' walk away) where you can stroll or have lunch. The neighborhood, often described as the “Haut-Marais,” offers an authentic Parisian atmosphere while remaining very central. You are also a few steps away from République, where there are five different metro lines.

Transport

You will enjoy easy access to public transportation: nearby metro stations include Temple (line 3) and Filles du Calvaire (line 8)—the accommodation is well connected. This central location allows you to efficiently reach the main sites of Paris.

Other things to note

We welcome you in person between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. Check-out is self-service and must be completed before 11 a.m. To simplify your departure, keys must be dropped off at a partner location, the address of which will be provided to you.

If you plan to arrive after 8 p.m., we offer the option of late check-in, which you can do yourself until midnight. In this case, the keys will be available at a partner location open 24/7, for a small fee of €10.
