Cozy apartment in Montmartre

The space

This beautiful 38 m² apartment faces west and is located on the 4th floor of a 19th-century building, accessible only by stairs (no elevator). It includes:
– a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed.
– a living room with a sofa, TV, and dining table with kitchen area.
– a bathroom with shower and toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped (coffee machine, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster) and there is also a workspace for a laptop. The apartment has individual electric heating. It is located in a lively neighborhood but offers a quiet setting inside.

Guest access

The building is located near Montmartre Hill. It is a secure building.

Guest interaction

We will welcome you in person from 3 p.m. on the day of your arrival to give you the keys and answer any initial questions you may have. During your stay, our team will be available to assist you with any requests. On the day of departure, you can check out independently before 11 a.m. and return the keys to a partner location, the address of which will be provided to you.

The neighborhood

The accommodation is located in the 18th arrondissement, close to the famous Butte Montmartre. You will enjoy a typical Parisian environment: bakeries, cafés, small neighborhood shops, and restaurants can be found in the adjacent streets. You will be a few minutes' walk from the picturesque streets of Montmartre, Rue Lepic, and the funicular railway to the summit. The Saint-Ouen flea market and nearby antique shops add a touch of authenticity and discovery.

Transport

The Simplon metro station (line 4) is about a 3-minute walk away.
You are also close to the Porte de Clignancourt station (metro line 4 terminus) and several bus lines (56, 85, etc.).
These connections allow you to quickly reach the city center and the main attractions of Paris.

Other things to note

We welcome you in person between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. Check-out is self-service and must be completed before 11 a.m. To simplify your departure, keys must be dropped off at a partner location, the address of which will be provided to you.

If you plan to arrive after 8 p.m., we offer the option of late check-in, which you can do yourself until midnight. In this case, the keys will be available at a partner location open 24/7, for a small fee of €10.
