The space

Located on the 4th floor with elevator access, the apartment comprises a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a comfortable living room, a separate fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, wine glasses), a bathroom with shower, and a separate toilet.

You will also have a workspace, Wi-Fi access, a washing machine, a hairdryer, ironing facilities, and a clothes drying rack. Central gas heating ensures optimal comfort year-round.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building with an elevator. The residence is easily accessible from Avenue du Général Leclerc, in a quiet and well-maintained residential area.

Guest interaction

We will personally welcome you from 3 pm on your arrival day to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Throughout your visit, our team will be available to answer any questions or address any needs you may have.
Check-out must be completed before 11 am and is self-service: simply drop off your keys at a nearby partner location, the address of which will be provided.

The neighborhood

The neighborhood offers a pleasant and lively living environment, ideal for a stay in the immediate vicinity of Paris. You will find everything you need within 300 meters: supermarkets (Carrefour, Naturalia), a greengrocer, a bakery, a pharmacy, a tobacconist, a post office, a laundromat, banks, and a variety of cafes and restaurants.

Ivry-sur-Seine is a dynamic, well-connected, and human-scale town. You can easily reach the center of Paris while enjoying a more peaceful environment. The Seine and its landscaped banks are just minutes away, perfect for an evening stroll.

Transportation

The Mairie d’Ivry metro station (line 7) is only a 3-minute walk away and provides quick access to Paris's main tourist attractions: the Louvre, the Tuileries Gardens, Saint-Michel Notre-Dame, and the Latin Quarter, all within 20 to 30 minutes.
The Pierre et Marie Curie metro station (line 7) and the RER C commuter rail line are also a 10-minute walk away. Orly Airport is approximately 30 minutes away by public transport or about 15 minutes by taxi or ride-hailing service.

We will personally welcome you between 3 pm and 8 pm. Check-out is self-check-out and must be completed before 11 am. To simplify your departure, the keys should be left at a partner location; we will provide you with the address.

If you plan to arrive after 8 pm, we offer a late self-check-in option, available until midnight. In this case, the keys will be available at a partner location open 24/7 for a small fee of €10.
