The space

The apartment consists of a bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed (160 cm), a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped separate kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a workspace, a television, and Wi-Fi access. With windows on two sides and a well-designed layout, it offers a practical and pleasant setting for exploring Paris in optimal conditions.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a period building without an elevator. Access is easy from the street via a secure system. You will have everything you need for a comfortable stay in a typically Parisian setting.

Guest interaction

We will warmly welcome you personally from 3 pm on your arrival day to show you the apartment and answer any questions you may have. Our team remains available throughout your stay for any requests.

On your departure day, check-out must be completed before 11:00 AM; simply drop off the keys at a partner location near the accommodation, the address of which will be provided.

The neighborhood

Located on Rue du Sommerard in the 5th arrondissement, you are in the heart of the Latin Quarter, one of Paris's most iconic neighborhoods. Just a few minutes' walk from the Panthéon, the Sorbonne, Notre-Dame Cathedral, and the banks of the Seine, you will enjoy an environment rich in culture and history. The area is full of bookstores, traditional cafés, restaurants, gourmet shops, and local markets. Nearby, the Luxembourg Gardens offer a verdant haven, perfect for a morning stroll.

Transportation

The apartment benefits from excellent transport links: the Cluny-La Sorbonne metro station (line 10) is just a 2-minute walk away, and the Saint-Michel station (RER B and C, line 4) provides quick access to Gare du Nord, Charles de Gaulle Airport, and Versailles. Several bus lines also serve the area, making it easy to reach major Parisian destinations.

Other things to note

We will personally welcome you between 3 pm and 8 pm. Check-out is self-service and must be completed before 11 am. To simplify your departure, the keys should be left at a partner location; we will provide you with the address.

If you plan to arrive after 8 pm, we offer a late self-check-in option until midnight. In this case, the keys will be made available to you at a partner location open 24/7, for a small contribution of €10.
