The space

This elegant 90 m² duplex offers a warm and peaceful setting, designed for comfort and conviviality.

On the ground floor, a beautiful living area combines a welcoming lounge, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and a reading nook overlooking the private garden terrace, a true asset of the property for enjoying a moment of quiet relaxation.

A bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) completes this ground floor, along with a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, you will find a second bedroom with a single bed (120 cm), as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a workspace, and a washer/dryer complete the amenities for a pleasant stay, whether for a few days or several weeks.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern building with an elevator.

Access is simple, via a secure entryway from the building entrance.

Guests enjoy a private garden terrace accessible from the living room.

You will be personally welcomed from 3:00 PM on your arrival day to ensure a smooth and pleasant stay.
Our team is available at any time to answer your questions or assist you during your stay.
Check-out is self-service before 11:00 AM by dropping off your keys at a partner location near the apartment—the address will be provided before your departure.

The neighborhood

The apartment boasts an exceptional location in the 16th arrondissement, just steps from the Bir-Hakeim bridge and the Eiffel Tower. You will enjoy a quiet, residential environment while being close to major tourist attractions: the Seine and its quays, the Trocadéro, and the Champ de Mars are all within walking distance. Numerous local shops, bakeries, cafés, and restaurants are just minutes away.
Those who enjoy a stroll will appreciate the banks of the Seine, while culture enthusiasts can easily reach the Museum of Modern Art, the Quai Branly Museum, or the Palais de Tokyo.

Transportation

The Bir-Hakeim metro station (line 6) is a short walk away and provides direct access to Montparnasse, the Arc de Triomphe, and Bercy train station. The nearby RER C – Champ de Mars Tour Eiffel station offers quick access to Saint-Michel, Versailles, and Austerlitz. Bus stops and bike-sharing stations complete the options for easily exploring Paris.

We will personally welcome you between 3 pm and 8 pm. Check-out is self-check-out and must be completed before 11 am. To simplify your departure, the keys should be left at a partner location; the address will be provided.

If you plan to arrive after 8 pm, we offer a late self-check-in option, available until midnight. In this case, the keys will be available at a partner location open 24/7 for a small fee of €10.
