The space

The 59 m² apartment, ideal for 2 to 4 people, located on the first floor of a 19th-century building, includes: a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a living room with a comfortable 160×200 sofa bed, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet.
Amenities include: Wi-Fi, television, a fully equipped desk ideal for remote working, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment, ironing facilities, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, hangers, books, and wine glasses. Heating is individual and electric.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the first floor, and the building does not have an elevator. Access is via the left-hand door of the building.

Guest interaction

We will personally welcome you from 3:00 PM on the day of your arrival. Throughout your stay, we remain available for any questions or requests. Check-out is self-service before 11:00 AM, by dropping off the keys at a partner location whose address will be provided.

The neighborhood

You are on Boulevard Diderot, between Bastille and Nation, just steps from Gare de Lyon, in the very pleasant 12th arrondissement: an area blending residential tranquility, Parisian charm, and proximity to cultural attractions. Just steps away, enjoy the Marché d’Aligre and the Coulée Verte René-Dumont, a 4.5 km suspended garden perfect for strolling above the streets. Below, the Viaduc des Arts houses artisan workshops and small galleries. Nearby, discover the charming and relaxing landscaped banks around the Jardin du Port de l’Arsenal. A few minutes away, the Marché d’Aligre, one of the liveliest and most popular in Paris, offers fresh produce and an authentic atmosphere. Finally, settle into a neighborhood café or shop in the typical stores of the 12th arrondissement.

Transportation

The location is very well served: Gare de Lyon (RER A & D, metro lines 1 and 14) is just a few minutes' walk away. Several bus lines also stop nearby, including line 57.

Other things to note

We will personally welcome you between 3 pm and 8 pm. Check-out is self-service and must be completed before 11 am. To simplify your departure, the keys should be left at a partner location, the address of which will be provided.

If you plan to arrive after 8 pm, we offer the option of a late self-service check-in, until midnight at the latest. In this case, the keys will be available at a partner location open 24/7 for a small fee of €10.
