Large 3-room apartment near Porte de Versailles

The space

This 70 m² apartment, located on the 1st floor with elevator access, includes two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and the other with a double bed (140 cm). The bathroom has a shower and toilet. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, etc.) as well as a living room, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the capital.

The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, a workspace, a television, Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, a vacuum cleaner, ironing facilities, and a baby cot upon request. Heating is individual and electric.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a period building with an elevator. Access is via a key fob and access code; all details will be provided.

Guest interaction

You can check in on your own between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. The keys can be picked up at a secure partner location near the property—you’ll receive all the necessary instructions before your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in.

During your stay, our team will be available to answer any questions you may have. You’ll also have access to our app, which contains all the information you need: accommodation, the neighborhood, recommended spots, and much more.

Check-out is by 11 a.m.; you’ll receive all the necessary instructions the day before your departure.

The neighborhood

Square Desnouettes enjoys a quiet, residential atmosphere while remaining close to points of interest. Useful shops, such as bakeries, supermarkets, a pharmacy, and cafes, are just a few minutes' walk away.

The proximity to Paris Expo Porte de Versailles is a major advantage, whether you're attending a trade show, an event, or simply enjoying the area's vibrant atmosphere. You'll also find several pleasant green spaces for walking or taking a break during your day.

Transportation

Public transport is easily accessible, with the Porte de Versailles station (metro line 12, 400m away, and tram T3a, 80m away) providing quick access to the center of Paris. Other bus lines serve the area, facilitating travel to major tourist attractions and various districts of the capital.

You can reach the Gare Montparnasse in 15 minutes and the Musée d'Orsay in 20 minutes.

Arrivals after 8:00 PM are possible, subject to a €20 fee for key pickup at a partner location open 24/7.
