This 52 m² apartment, located on the 5th floor with elevator access in a Haussmannian building, offers an elegant and welcoming atmosphere. It includes:

• A master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm).
• A children's bedroom with a crib.
• A living room with a 140 cm sofa bed, ideal for accommodating additional guests.
• A beautiful balcony offers a stunning view of the Parc des Buttes-Chaumont, perfect for enjoying a peaceful and green environment.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, and freezer.
The bathroom has a shower, and the toilet is separate.

Also available are a washing machine, dryer, ironing facilities, high chair, television, Wi-Fi, and various other convenient amenities.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 5th floor with elevator access. The building entrance is through a secure door.

Guest interaction

We will personally welcome you from 3:00 PM on your arrival day. During your stay, our team will be available to answer any questions or address any needs.
Check-out is self-service before 11:00 AM: simply drop off the keys at a nearby partner location, the address of which will be provided.

Located on Rue Botzaris, you are at the foot of the Parc des Buttes-Chaumont, one of the most beautiful green spaces in Paris, ideal for strolling, relaxing, or enjoying outdoor activities.

The neighborhood is lively, friendly, and boasts numerous shops, cafes, restaurants, and everyday services, offering an authentic and pleasant setting.

Transportation

The Botzaris metro station (line 7bis) is just a few minutes' walk away, providing easy access to:

• Central Paris and the Marais district in approximately 10 minutes,
• Montmartre in 15 to 20 minutes, thanks to quick and convenient connections.

Several bus lines also serve the area, facilitating access to the rest of Paris.

We will personally welcome you between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
Self-check-out is available before 11:00 AM by dropping off your keys at a partner location; the address will be provided.

If you arrive after 8:00 PM, self-check-in is possible until midnight. The keys will then be made available at a partner location open 24/7, for a fee of €10.
