The space

This 30 m² studio apartment, located in a 1960s-70s building, is thoughtfully designed: a living area with a dining space opening onto a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable king-size bed, and a bathroom with a bathtub and separate toilet.

You'll find everything you need for a pleasant stay: a functional kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, etc.), a workspace for a laptop, and Wi-Fi.

The generously sized terrace—a rarity in Paris—offers an outdoor space to enjoy some time in the fresh air.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building with an elevator. Access is easy and secure, in a typical upscale building in the 16th arrondissement.

Guest interaction

We will personally welcome you upon your arrival, from 3 pm onwards, to give you the keys and show you around the apartment. During your stay, we remain available for any questions or needs.

Check-out is self-service before 11:00 AM: simply drop off the keys at a partner location (address will be provided).

For arrivals after 8:00 PM, late self-service check-in is available until midnight. Keys can be collected from a 24/7 partner location for a fee of €10.

The neighborhood

Perfectly located, this studio apartment and its large terrace allow you to enjoy one of the most sought-after and secure neighborhoods in Paris.

Located near the Molitor swimming pool, you are 10 minutes from the Jardin du Ranelagh and the Parc des Princes stadium. The city center is easily accessible via public transportation near the apartment: the Eiffel Tower is 20 minutes away, Roland Garros is a 10-minute walk, and the Louis Vuitton Foundation is a 15-minute walk.

Local shops, cafes, and green spaces are also within easy reach, allowing you to fully enjoy the neighborhood.

Transportation

The Exelmans (line 9) and Porte d'Auteuil (line 10) metro stations are a 5-10 minute walk away.

Several bus lines (62, 88, 52, 241, etc.) serve the area, and shared bike stations (Vélib') are nearby, making it easy to get around Paris.

Other things to note

We welcome you in person between 3 pm and 8 pm. Self check-out is before 11 am, with key drop-off at a partner location.

For arrivals after 8 pm, late self check-in is possible until midnight for a fee of €10.
