The space

This bright, 48-square-meter apartment offers an ideal setting for your stay in Paris. It includes a comfortable bedroom with a queen-size bed, a welcoming living room, a modern bathroom with shower and toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster). You also have a dedicated workspace, a vacuum cleaner, a clothes rack, Wi-Fi, and a Frame TV. Ample storage space is available for your convenience.

Located on the 6th floor of a 1950s-1960s building with an elevator, the apartment faces east and boasts a lovely terrace overlooking the rooftops of the Opéra Bastille.

The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a building with an elevator. Access is secure, and all necessary information will be provided to you before your arrival.

Guest interaction

We will personally welcome you from 3:00 PM on the day of your arrival and remain available throughout your stay for any questions. Check-out is self-service before 11:00 AM: simply drop off the keys at a nearby partner location, the address of which will be provided.

The neighborhood

You are ideally located on Boulevard de la Bastille, a stone's throw from the famous Place de la Bastille and just a few minutes' walk from the Port de l'Arsenal, perfect for peaceful strolls along the waterfront. The apartment also boasts a privileged view from its terrace, overlooking the rooftops of the Opéra Bastille.

A little further afield, you can easily reach Place des Vosges and the historic Marais district, or the banks of the Canal Saint-Martin—ideal for strolling, brunching, or exploring boutiques and art galleries. You also benefit from the immediate proximity of the vibrant Faubourg Saint-Antoine and Marais neighborhoods.

Local shops, bakeries, grocery stores, cafés, and charming restaurants are all within a few minutes' walk, making the neighborhood both convenient and exceptionally pleasant to live in.

Transportation

The proximity of the Bastille metro station (Paris) (lines 1, 5, and 8) offers quick and direct access to many Parisian neighborhoods—ideal for sightseeing or getting around. Several bus lines also stop nearby. A Vélib' bike-sharing station and other urban mobility options are easily accessible.

We will personally welcome you between 3 pm and 8 pm. Check-out is self-service and must be completed before 11 am. To simplify your departure, the keys should be left at a partner location; the address will be provided.

If you plan to arrive after 8 pm, we offer a late self-service check-in option until midnight. In this case, the keys will be available at a 24/7 partner location for a small fee of €10.
