The space

Welcome to three family apartments of 170 m², decorated in style, ideal for families or groups of friends (with 9 beds). Once you enter, you will discover a generic space and then you will find coins, all of which will benefit from beautiful common pieces to be retrouver.

The parental suite offers a private bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bathroom with shower, bathroom and toilet. The other rooms allow you to install the room: a room with a size of 160 cm, a room with a size of 140 cm, and a room with two simple beds, perfect for children or friends. A détente space with a simple (non-family room) and a filet suspended in high-rise space with a coin game for relaxing or jouer.

The large living room includes a main living room, a manger space and fully equipped kitchen, ready to share the reviews.

The kitchen allows you to easily prepare small items and reviews thanks to its complete equipment: washing machine, drying machine, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, bouilloire, glace machine, mixer, small electric appliance and vaisselle adapted to the large tables. The living room has Wi-Fi, television, work space and games for all ages.

ATTENTION: The sauna present in the bathroom is not usable.

Guest access

The apartment is located rue de Vaugirard, on the 1st floor, accessible by elevator or stairs. The entry of the immeuble is made by a secure code, four to your arrival.

Guest interaction

We will collect in person from 3:00 p.m. on the day you arrive. Pendant tout votre séjour, our equipment remains available to answer your questions.
Check-out is due before 11am via the release of the keys in a partner relationship where the address will be four.

Upon arrival after 8 p.m., an autonomous check-in is possible until midnight, with a minimum participation of €10.

The neighborhood

Located in the 6th arrondissement, immediately close to Gare Montparnasse, this apartment is located in one of the most pleasant and sought-after quarters of Paris. Just 800 m from the Luxembourg Garden and Place Saint-Sulpice, you will benefit from an elegant and central cadre.

The quartier allows easy access to some emblematic places of Paris: Bon Marché à 10 min, Café de Flore, cimetière du Montparnasse or the Latin quartier un peu plus loin. Local boulangeries, cafés, épiceries and boutiques are also available for an authentic Parisian experience.

Transport

The location allows you to easily enjoy all of Paris:

• Saint-Placide (line 4) à quelques minutes à foot to rejoin quickly the center.
• Falguière (line 12) pour the left bank and the private quarters.
• Duroc (line 10) at 500 m to join Odéon or Jussieu. -Gare Montparnasse 5 minutes walk, served by lines 4, 6, 12 and 13, even though the trains see the names of destinations.

De nombreuses bus lines complètent l’offre de transport, facilitant l’accès aux musées, parcs, monuments et autres quartiers emblematics.

Other things to note

We will arrive in person between 3pm and 8pm. Check-out is done in autonomy before 11am with the keys released by a partner relay.
For arrivals after 8 p.m., a late check-in in autonomy is possible until 00 a.m. maximum, with a participation fee of €10.
