The space

This 50 m² apartment, located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), features a living room with a sofa bed, a separate bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a fully equipped independent kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster), a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet.

You also have access to a workspace, Wi-Fi, a television, and convenient amenities such as a washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, and ironing facilities.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building without an elevator. Access is easy via the building's common areas, then by stairs. All necessary information will be provided before your arrival.

Guest interaction

Check-in is available in person from 3:00 PM on your arrival day. Our team remains available to answer your questions throughout your stay. Self check-out is before 11:00 AM; simply drop off your keys at a nearby partner location. We will provide you with the address.

The neighborhood

Located on a street known for its vibrant atmosphere, this apartment immerses you in the heart of a lively and pleasant neighborhood. You'll find numerous everyday shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores within easy reach. Those who enjoy walks will appreciate the proximity to Père-Lachaise Cemetery, Belleville Park, and the Buttes-Chaumont Park, perfect for relaxing or enjoying panoramic views of Paris. The surrounding streets invite you to stroll and discover ever-changing street art murals, offering a delightful blend of local life, culture, and easily accessible leisure activities.

Transportation

The apartment benefits from very convenient access to public transportation. The Belleville metro station (lines 2 and 11) is approximately 140 meters away on foot, providing easy access to the rest of Paris. From Belleville, you can reach Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord train stations in about 15 minutes by metro, and Gare de Lyon in about 20 minutes, depending on the route taken.

Other things to note

We will personally welcome you between 3 pm and 8 pm. Check-out is self-service and must be completed before 11 am. To simplify your departure, the keys should be left at a partner location; the address will be provided.

If you plan to arrive after 8 pm, we offer a late self-service check-in option, until midnight. In this case, the keys will be available at a 24/7 partner location for a small fee of €10.
