The space

This 90 m² apartment is located on the 9th floor of a Parisian building with an elevator. It consists of three bedrooms, each equipped with a 140 cm double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped separate kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, and a separate toilet.
The apartment has Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with freezer, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. A workspace, storage space, and baby equipment (high chair) are also available. One parking space is available.

The apartment is located on the 9th floor of a building equipped with an elevator. Access to the building is secure. Detailed information on how to access the accommodation will be provided before your arrival.

Guest interaction

We will welcome you in person at check-in from 3 p.m. to give you the keys and show you around the apartment. Our team will be available throughout your stay to answer any questions you may have.
Check-out is self-service before 11 a.m.: simply drop off the keys at a partner location near the apartment, the address of which will be provided to you.

The neighborhood

Located on Boulevard de Charonne, the apartment enjoys a lively and pleasant environment. Just a few steps away, you will find numerous local shops, bakeries, supermarkets, cafés, and a variety of restaurants. The area is appreciated for its local atmosphere, markets, and walking areas. The lively neighborhoods of eastern Paris, friendly squares, and several cultural venues are easily accessible on foot or by public transportation.

Transport

The accommodation is very well served by public transport. The Avron (line 2), Charonne (line 9), and Nation (lines 1, 2, 6, 9, and RER A) metro stations are within easy reach, providing quick access to central Paris, major monuments, train stations, and airports. Several bus lines also serve the boulevard. In addition, the accommodation is located not far from the Gare de Lyon train station.

Other things to note

We welcome you in person between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. Check-out is self-service and must be completed before 11 a.m. To simplify your departure, keys must be dropped off at a partner location, the address of which will be provided to you.

If you plan to arrive after 8 p.m., we offer the option of late check-in, which you can do yourself until midnight. In this case, the keys will be available at a partner location open 24/7, for a small fee of €10.
