The space

This 42 m² apartment, located on the 4th floor, offers a functional and pleasant living space. Very bright, it has a nice balcony to enjoy the outdoors.
It has two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 cm), the other with a sofa bed for two people.
You will also find a fully equipped separate kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet, and a cozy living area. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, a television, a washing machine, a dryer, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a 19th-century building. Access to the building is secure and requires passing through several doors. Stairs are also available in the building.

Guest interaction

We will welcome you in person at check-in from 3 p.m. to show you around the accommodation and answer any initial questions you may have. Our team will be available throughout your stay if needed.
Check-out is self-service and must be completed by 11 a.m. at the latest: simply drop off the keys at a partner location near the accommodation, the address of which will be provided to you.

The neighborhood

The apartment is located in a lively and pleasant neighborhood in the 10th arrondissement. Just a few minutes' walk away, the Canal Saint-Martin offers an ideal setting for strolling, having a drink, or enjoying the riverbanks.
The area is full of local shops, bakeries, supermarkets, and a variety of restaurants. The proximity of the Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord train stations provides quick access to many services, cafés, and iconic Parisian landmarks.

Transport

The neighborhood is very well served by public transportation.
The Louis Blanc (lines 7 and 7bis) and Stalingrad (lines 2, 5, and 7) metro stations are nearby. The Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord train stations are within walking distance, offering fast connections to the entire capital and beyond. The RER E is also available at the Magenta station.

We welcome you in person between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. Check-out is self-service and must be completed before 11 a.m. To simplify your departure, keys must be dropped off at a partner location, the address of which will be provided to you.

If you plan to arrive after 8 p.m., we offer the option of late check-in, which you can do yourself until midnight. In this case, the keys will be available at a partner location open 24/7, for a small fee of €10.
