The space

The apartment consists of a comfortable living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate two people, a bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm double bed, a fully equipped separate kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a separate toilet.
You will have everything you need for a pleasant stay: Wi-Fi, television, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, as well as many everyday amenities. A workspace is also available.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 8th floor of a secure building with an elevator. Access to the building is easy and secure. Detailed information will be provided to you before your arrival.

Guest interaction

We will welcome you in person at check-in from 3 p.m. to give you the keys and show you around the accommodation. Our team will be available throughout your stay to answer any questions you may have.
Check-out is self-service before 11 a.m., with keys to be returned to a partner drop-off point located near the accommodation.

The neighborhood

The apartment is located in a sought-after area of the 7th arrondissement, opposite the École Militaire. There are numerous shops, bakeries, cafés, and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The Eiffel Tower and Champ-de-Mars are within walking distance, as are the banks of the Seine, perfect for strolls. The neighborhood offers an elegant, lively, and very pleasant setting from which to discover Paris.

Transport

The La Motte-Picquet – Grenelle metro stations (lines 6, 8, and 10), located about a 5-minute walk away, provide quick access to Paris's main attractions. Several bus lines also serve the area, making it easy to get around the city.

Other things to note

We welcome you in person between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. Check-out is self-service and must be completed before 11 a.m. To simplify your departure, keys must be dropped off at a partner location, the address of which will be provided to you.

If you plan to arrive after 8 p.m., we offer the option of late check-in, which you can do yourself until midnight. In this case, the keys will be available at a partner location open 24/7, for a small fee of €10.
