2-room apartment near Montmartre

The space

This 28 m² apartment is located on the 5th floor of a Parisian building without an elevator. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The toilet is separate.

You will have many amenities for a comfortable stay: Wi-Fi, television, washing machine, dryer, ironing facilities, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster), as well as storage space and a workspace suitable for a laptop.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 5th floor, without an elevator. Access to the building and the apartment is secure. Practical information will be provided to you before your arrival to ensure a smooth and easy check-in.

Guest interaction

We will personally welcome you at check-in from 3 pm. Our team remains available throughout your stay to answer your questions or assist you if needed.
Check-out is self-service before 11:00 AM: simply drop off the keys at a partner location near the apartment; the address will be provided.

The neighborhood

Rue La Condamine is located in a pleasant and vibrant area of ​​the 17th arrondissement, appreciated for its local atmosphere and shops. In the immediate vicinity, you will find numerous cafes, bakeries, restaurants, and boutiques.

The neighborhood is also well-situated for exploring Montmartre, Batignolles, and the grand Parisian boulevards, while enjoying a lively and authentic residential environment.

Transportation

The apartment benefits from excellent public transport connections. The Pont Cardinet train station is approximately 700 meters away on foot and provides quick access to western Paris via the L line. The Rome metro station (line 2) at 450 meters, La Fourche (line 12) at 450 meters, and Place de Clichy (lines 2 and 13) at approximately 600 meters offer fast and direct access to the main districts of Paris. The Saint-Lazare train station is accessible in about 12 minutes via line 13, making it easy to travel throughout the capital.

We will personally welcome you between 3 PM and 8 PM. Check-out is self-service and must be completed before 11 AM. To simplify your departure, the keys should be left at a partner location; the address will be provided.

If you plan to arrive after 8 pm, we offer a late self-check-in option, available until midnight. In this case, the keys will be available at a partner location open 24/7 for a small fee of €10.
