The space

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a period building without an elevator. It consists of a welcoming living room, a separate bedroom with a queen-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender), and a bathroom with a shower.

A separate toilet completes the accommodation, offering added convenience. The apartment also includes Wi-Fi, a television, a washing machine, ironing facilities, and essential amenities for a comfortable stay.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, without an elevator. The building has secure access. The necessary information to access the apartment will be provided upon your arrival.

Guest interaction

We will personally welcome you at check-in from 3:00 PM onwards to show you the apartment and answer any initial questions you may have. Our team remains available throughout your stay should you need anything.
Check-out is self-service until 11:00 AM at the latest: simply drop off the keys at a partner location near the accommodation; the address will be provided to you.

The neighborhood

The accommodation is located in a lively area of ​​the 18th arrondissement, appreciated for its authentic local atmosphere. Within a few minutes' walk, you'll find numerous local shops, bakeries, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants. The Sacré-Cœur Basilica and Montmartre hill are about 800 meters away on foot, offering easy access to one of Paris's most iconic landmarks. The neighborhood is also dotted with markets, theaters, and cultural venues that contribute to the charm of northern Paris.

Transportation

Several metro stations are within walking distance, including Marcadet Poissonniers (Lines 4 and 12), just 150 meters away, Simplon (Line 4), and Jules Joffrin (Line 12), providing quick access to central Paris, train stations, and major tourist attractions. The neighborhood is also well-served by bus lines, making daily travel easy.

We will personally welcome you between 3 PM and 8 PM. Check-out is self-service and must be completed before 11 AM. To simplify your departure, the keys should be left at a partner location; we will provide you with the address.

If you plan to arrive after 8 PM, we offer a late self-check-in option until midnight. In this case, the keys will be made available to you at a partner location open 24/7, for a small contribution of €10.
