The space

This 42 m² apartment consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

The kitchen is equipped for a comfortable stay: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.

You will also have access to Wi-Fi, a television, a washing machine, a dryer, ironing facilities, and a workspace suitable for remote work.
Heating is individual and electric.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a Haussmannian building, without an elevator. Access is via the building's common areas, using the stairs.

Guest interaction

Check-in is in person, starting at 3:00 PM. We remain available throughout your stay to answer your questions or assist you if needed.
Check-out is self-service, no later than 11:00 AM. Simply drop off the keys at a partner location near the accommodation; the address will be provided to you before your departure.

The neighborhood

Rue Réaumur boasts a particularly central location, ideal for exploring Paris on foot. In the immediate vicinity, you'll find a wide variety of everyday shops, bakeries, cafés, and restaurants, offering a lively atmosphere throughout the day.

In just a few minutes' walk, you can reach the Montorgueil district, famous for its bustling pedestrian street, markets, outdoor cafes, and quintessential Parisian lifestyle. The Marais, one of the capital's most iconic neighborhoods, is also within walking distance, with its elegant townhouses, museums, galleries, boutiques, and historic squares.

The Centre Pompidou, a true cultural landmark, as well as the Grands Boulevards with their theaters, covered passages, and performance venues, are nearby, making this neighborhood an ideal starting point for exploring Paris's major attractions.

Transportation

The apartment benefits from excellent public transport connections. The Arts et Métiers metro station (lines 3 and 11) is about a 2-minute walk away, providing quick access to many Parisian neighborhoods.

Gare de l'Est is about a 12-minute metro ride away, while Gare Montparnasse is about 13 minutes away, making train arrivals and departures easy. Several bus lines also operate nearby, offering convenient alternatives for getting around the capital.

Thanks to this central location, most major tourist sites are easily accessible, whether by public transport or on foot.

Other things to note

We will personally welcome you between 3 pm and 8 pm. Check-out is self-service and must be completed before 11:00 AM. To simplify your departure, the keys should be left at a partner location, the address of which will be provided.

If you plan to arrive after 8:00 PM, we offer a late self-service check-in option, available until midnight. In this case, the keys will be available at a partner location open 24/7 for a small fee of €10.
