The space

The apartment includes:

A living room with a sofa bed to comfortably accommodate two additional guests.

A bathroom with a shower.

A separate toilet.

A fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator, and freezer.

You will also have access to numerous amenities for your comfort: Wi-Fi, television, washing machine, dryer, ironing facilities, coffee maker, workspace for a laptop, fan, wine glasses, and books. Heating is provided by a central gas system.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building dating from 1970-1989, accessible by elevator. Access to the building and the apartment is secure and easy.

Guest interaction

We will personally welcome you upon your arrival from 3 pm onwards to show you the apartment. During your stay, our team will be available to answer any questions. Check-out is self-service before 11 am, with key drop-off at a partner location, the address of which will be provided.

Just steps from the famous Père-Lachaise Cemetery, the neighborhood blends history, Parisian authenticity, and contemporary living.

The apartment is well-served by public transportation, with several metro stations nearby providing quick access to major Parisian attractions such as Bastille, the Marais, and the city center. Local bus lines also offer convenient connections for exploring Paris comfortably.

Other things to note

We will personally welcome you between 3 pm and 8 pm. Check-out is self-service and must be completed before 11 am. To simplify your departure, the keys should be left at a partner location; the address will be provided.

If you plan to arrive after 8 pm, we offer a late self-check-in option until midnight. In this case, the keys will be made available to you at a partner location open 24/7, for a small contribution of €10.
