This spacious 69 m² apartment is perfect for exploring the capital while enjoying a comfortable, well-connected environment and the vibrant atmosphere of Parisian life.

The space

Located on the 1st floor with elevator, this apartment of 69 m2 consists of two bedrooms, one equipped with a queen size bed and the other with a 140 bed, offering a pleasant and independent sleeping area.
The living room has a convertible sofa, ideal for accommodating additional travelers or relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
The independent kitchen is equipped for everyday use: fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and various utensils.
The apartment also includes a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a separate toilet.
You will enjoy Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing facilities and individual electric heating.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a Haussmannian building with an elevator. Access to the building is secure, and check-in is simple and supervised. All necessary information will be provided to you before your stay.

Guest interaction

We will personally welcome you at check-in from 3:00 PM onwards to show you the apartment and answer any initial questions.

Our team remains available throughout your stay.
Check-out is self-service until 11:00 AM at the latest: simply drop off the keys at a nearby partner location; the address will be provided.

The neighborhood

The apartment is located in a sought-after area of ​​the 17th arrondissement, just a few minutes' walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées. The neighborhood is prized for its balance between vibrancy and quality of life.

You'll find numerous local shops: bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies, as well as a wide selection of restaurants and cafes.
Those who enjoy strolling will appreciate the proximity to the Champs-Élysées and the Bois de Boulogne, while shopping enthusiasts will enjoy the major Parisian brands and boutiques just a short walk away.

Transportation

The apartment benefits from excellent public transport connections:

• Charles de Gaulle – Étoile station (lines 1, 2, 6 and RER A) is approximately a 6–8 minute walk away.
• Ternes station (line 2) is approximately a 7 minute walk away.

• The RER A provides access to La Défense in approximately 10 minutes and Châtelet – Les Halles in 15 minutes.

• Gare de Lyon is approximately 20 minutes away and Gare Saint-Lazare is approximately 15 minutes away by public transport.

• Several bus lines also operate nearby, making it easy to get around Paris.

We will personally welcome you between 3 pm and 8 pm. Check-out is self-check-out and must be completed before 11 am. To simplify your departure, the keys should be left at a partner location; the address will be provided.

If you plan to arrive after 8 pm, we offer a late self-check-in option, available until midnight. In this case, the keys will be available at a partner location open 24/7 for a small fee of €10.
